The short movie shows a woman in a dark room. She is wearing heavy make up and is flirting with the camera. There is no indication when the movie scenes were filmed and it seems that this is a destroyed fragment of a movie, or even more that this is a recording that test the lighting of the movie setting before the actual movie is shot.
